A great 2.4GHz baby monitor with pan and tilt buttons on the hand held 2.5″ screen.  It comes with some handy cables that allow you to plug the hand held device into a tv or vcr/dvr which would allow you to record if needed. It has the typical range of up to 300′ and it has night vision which is pretty much standard and should be by now.
